Digney Grant spotlights inspirational local businesses

At Digney Grant we’ve been supporting small businesses in Northern Ireland for over 40 years, providing the best insurance and risk management solutions to help them overcome their individual barriers and unlock their growth potential.

We firmly believe that business is based on people and in Northern Ireland we have some of the best people in the world, which is why we’re so excited to sponsor an upcoming award in the Fermanagh Herald Business Awards.

This year, we’ll be sponsoring the Growth Through Export Award, an award that recognises local firms who have increased their revenue and profitability through international sales growth in the past two years.

Anthony Boden, Managing Director of Digney Grant said;

“We’re excited to be part of the Growth Through Export category in these awards because we want to help showcase the fantastic work that so many companies do here, flying the flag for Northern Ireland business on the international stage.

“Many organisations may even be lesser known locally as the majority of their business takes place internationally, but these ambitious local firms have an inspiring story to tell and we’re delighted to help them tell it.”

The awards are free to enter and are now open for nominations. Companies can enter the awards themselves or can be nominated by an individual with knowledge of the organisation. To enter, head to the Fermanagh Herald website and fill out the form.

After the closing date on Wednesday June 29, the judging panel will then shortlist each category from the entries received. Winners will be announced at a Gala Awards Night in the Killyhevlin Lakeside Hotel & Lodges on Friday October 7th, 2022.

“Local business awards play a vital role in raising publicity for local companies, forging closer professional networks in our community and rewarding hard working staff for their efforts,” adds Anthony. “As we grow our own business in the Fermanagh area we have met so many fantastic business people and we can’t wait to learn more of these stories as the awards progress.”
